Zamzam Projects, Inc. carries out its work through two academy systems. All youth development, education, leadership, technology, and community service initiatives are conducted through them.

What Guides Our Work
The academy combines mentorship, leadership, technology training, entrepreneurship, volunteer service, career readiness, and recreational activities into one comprehensive learning experience.
During the final month of the academy year, students complete individual and group projects that demonstrate what they have learned. Projects may include technology solutions, business ideas, leadership initiatives, community service projects, and presentations.
At the end of the academy year, students present their projects before parents, community members, mentors, and invited guests.
Nursery Education, Primary Education, and Character Development are already implemented at all campuses. Technology Integration and Future Vocational Pathways will first be developed and tested at Zamzam Academy, Nyendo, before expansion to other campuses.
These initiatives are conducted through the academy system and implemented where needs exist at academy campuses:
- School water wells
- Technology expansion
- Vocational training
- Campus improvement projects
To create a comprehensive educational model that combines academics, character development, technology, vocational preparation, and community service to prepare students for future success.
